About this area
Floating platforms, wind support structures, mooring systems and offshore operations are tested in scale model to study motions, mooring loads and station-keeping in waves and current.
The same facility supports the design of installation and operation procedures, so that risky marine operations are rehearsed before they happen at full scale.
